Created by veteran comedian, Lisa Sundstedt in 1995, Pretty, Funny Women is the longest running all female stand up show in the world. PFW currently plays at the La Jolla Comedy Store every last Wednesday of the month and features a totally different line up of hysterical women each show. PFW is hosted by Lisa Sundstedt and always closes with a seasoned headliner while also featuring the hottest up and coming comics from around the country. Some of the comics who have performed on past PFW shows are Chelsea Handler, Tig Notaro, Maria Bamford, Sherri Shepherd, Natasha Leggero, Vicki Barbolak and Retta. In Aug. 2014, We Own The Laughs began as a monthly comedy showcase in Bakersfield, CA. Since late 2018, WOTL has expanded throughout the west coast including regular appearances at legendary comedy clubs/venues including Cobb’s Comedy Club, Punch Line Sacramento, The HaHa Comedy Club, Ice House Comedy Club, Ontario Improv, and Laughs Unlimited. Growing into one of the premier comedy entertainment brands in the country, We Own The Laughs has featured performances by notable comedians Kel Mitchell, Kabir Singh, London Brown, Tahir Moore, Matt Rife, Jeremiah Watkins, Brian Hooks, JR De Guzman, Kate Quigley, Natalie Friedman, Francisco Ramos, Adam Hunter, Esther Ku, Byron Bowers, and Rob Van Dam.

The holder of this ticket agrees not to engage in photography or reproduction in any form of the show. The Laugh Factory Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Resale of this ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Q. What time should we arrive at the club?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the show. Please have your email confirmation pulled up on your phone.
Q. Can we make reservations?
We do not take reservations. All seating is first come, first served.
Q. What is the age limit to get in to the club?
Our club is 18 and over unless otherwise specified. You must be 21 and over is to purchase alcohol.
Q. What's the parking situation?
Street parking is available throughout the area. However, public transit, ridesharing apps, and taxi services are highly encouraged.
Q. Do you allow late entry?
Guests are allowed to enter the show 30 minutes after the start of the show.
Q. What is your dress code?
We ask that you please wear clothes.
Q. Can we bring our own food and drink?
Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited from entering the showroom.
Q. If my friends all bought tickets separately, can we still be seated together?
As long as your party arrives together, you will be seated together if enough seats are available together. After the start of the show, any open seats will no longer be held.
Q. What if I need to leave the show early?
Guests who need to leave early must close out with their server before doing so.
